BOOKING

To confirm the reservation, a mail is required with the indication of number and expiry date of your Credit Card.

No Prepaid Cards. Payment is made at Check In.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date;

after this limit, the payment of the amount due for the first night is charged on Credit Card.

Within 7 days of Check In date or in case of no-show the charge will be for the full amount of the stay.

Every day the rearrangement of the room and a general check is done.

Total room cleaning and complete change of linen on fourth day of the stay.

The entire building is no smoking.

In case of no compliance with this rule, a penalty of Euro 50.00 will be charged.

The use of kitchen is not allowed. The loss of the keys entails the cost of Euro 80.00.

Damages or theft to the structure will be charged and reported to the competent authorities.

Guests must take care of the objects they own: the Management is not responsible for any

theft or damage and it is exempt from any obligation of safekeeping and/or storage.
